@Stonmann It's either he/she got banned from scouting or he/she unscouted you for something else, only those two are the reason

I also got my art rated change several times, i think that doesn't affects how you got unscouted unless you probably didn't notice several art rated change too in the past

No see I checked the info bit of the little note when posting to the art portal, and it says if you misrate you may be unscouted, so I guess the guy who unscouted me was a little unreasonable and unscouted because of one misrating :t
