I wrote the story:

It was a humdrum day in Bearsville where little much ever happened. It was not a day to sleep for Mr. Polarbear however, what with the divorce against Miss. Polarbear, whom had taken custody of the children, and the looming financial woes with his recently fired-from job of packing salmon at the fish factory. He had been abusing the depression medicine from his therapist, and was in very poor shape, our old Mr. Pollarbear.

He decided to take a walk through the local 'arc(tic), to clear his head of the voices and suicidal thoughts. He sat at a bench, stared at snow, and smilled. He hadn't smiled in many a white moon our old friend Mr. Pollarbear.






That was really bad sorry.

This would make a really good gif if you added inbetweens!! Try it it's not as difficult as it seems! I like the comic book style shading, just missing a bit more finishing.
